42 Agency is a B2B MOPS & Demand Generation agency that partners with high-growth B2B SaaS brands to design demand generation strategies and implement scalable GTM processes. You will report to the Senior Growth Strategist and help execute campaigns across paid search, paid social, and analytics.

The role focuses on optimizing campaigns, building audiences, performing keyword research, and delivering data-driven reports for quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Four years of Demand Generation experience (in-house or agency).
• Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, and reporting.
• Excellent written & verbal communication; ability to self-organize.

Responsabilités

• Review active client campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prioritize backlog of projects with the team.
• Build Paid Search Campaigns in Bing and Google.
• Build custom audiences on LinkedIn for enterprise BOFU campaigns.
• Perform keyword research for new campaigns.
• Report on pipeline, SQLs, MQLs for internal review.
• Create QBR decks and quarterly client plans.
