Dematic is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the sales team by identifying new customers within the installed base and targeted accounts. This hybrid role focuses on outbound lead generation, qualifying prospects, and securing live meetings for account managers.

You will analyze data, develop target account strategies, and nurture relationships with key decision makers to drive growth across the United States, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with business acumen and technical understanding.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors is desired.
• Strong communications and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales in finding new customers within installed base and targeted accounts.
• Identify and qualify new prospects and secure live meetings for account managers.
• Develop strategies for target accounts and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline by improving inbound/outbound lead quality and coordinating with marketing.
