Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Marketing content writer who owns strategy and hands-on creation across blogs, thought leadership, case studies, ABM/ABS campaigns, and scripts for podcasts, webinars, and short-form video.

You will repurpose pillar content across formats, partner with Growth Marketing on account-specific assets, and deliver sales-facing content such as battlecards and nurture sequences while upholding brand voice and GEO/AI best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing or copywriting experience.
• Portfolio of published B2B writing, including long-form or pillar asset.
• Familiarity with SEO and ability to adapt as search/AI discovery changes.
• Experience building a repurposing system rather than writing every format from scratch.
• Comfort directing/editing AI-assisted content production at scale with brand voice.
• Comfort partnering with sales-facing stakeholders on account-specific content.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, writing, and quality of Growth Marketing content across formats.
• Plan and write blog content, thought leadership, and case studies for demand-gen and ABM/ABS campaigns.
• Write scripts/outlines for podcasts, webinars, and short-form video; partner with designers on production.
• Repurpose pillar content into blog posts, social copy, email nurture, and sales one-pagers.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers on account-specific content for ABM/ABS campaigns.
• Create sales-facing content like battlecards, objection-handling one-pagers, and email nurture sequences.
• Maintain editorial quality and consistency across Growth Marketing output.
• Apply GEO best practices with the Digital Marketing Manager on AI-visibility strategy.
• Maintain content calendar aligned to campaign priorities and track engagement/pipeline.
