Job summary

Dow seeks a Business Communications Specialist in Collegeville, PA (and can be located in Midland, MI) to drive B2B storytelling and integrated marketing programs, developing content and campaigns that promote Dow brands, products and solutions with customers and key stakeholders.

You will deliver campaigns across digital, social, SEO/SEM, PR, video, and events, leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to improve performance and growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5
• Minimum 3 years in marketing, business communications, or related disciplines
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided for this role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing communications plans
• Develop and deliver engaging content, messaging, storytelling and assets
• Execute external communications programs across media, digital, search, paid and traditional channels
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and campaign performance
• Lead project management: planning, coordination, reviews, approvals, on-time delivery
• Manage budgets, resources, and agency partners for effective execution
• Support brand management, including product branding and thought leadership
• Measure and report communications effectiveness using analytics
