Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to help drive demand across digital and traditional channels and partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military equivalence and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available. Some travel may be required as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsabilités

• Drive deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and growth.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize portfolio projects and advance opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
