Job summary

Premier Truck Rental in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to grow market share and revenue by selling retired trucks and trailers to B2B customers. You’ll be part of the Remarketing team, shaping sales processes and strategies to market used equipment.

The role offers base salary plus commissions, with hours 8 AM–5 PM CT, Monday to Friday, and 10% travel for meetings. Onsite in Fort Worth with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRMs like Salesforce or similar.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce) and manage customer data daily.
• Use Microsoft Office to promptly respond to customer inquiries and internal communications.
• Serve as a trusted resource for B2B customers, explaining product applications.
• Collaborate on the development and upkeep of dealership sales systems to improve efficiency.
• Uphold PTR’s customer-centric philosophy by quickly addressing customer issues.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive loyalty.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Work with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Navigate negotiations and finalize contracts with customers onsite or remotely.
• Aim to meet or exceed predefined sales targets and share progress with stakeholders.
