You will proactively contact prospective small business owners, build rapport, present financing solutions, and guide merchants through the funding process from initial conversation to closing.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of Merchant Cash Advance experience.
• Proven ability to achieve production goals and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Proactively contact prospective small business owners through outbound calls, emails, and text communications.
• Build rapport with prospective merchants and identify financing opportunities.
• Present financing solutions and guide merchants through the sales process.
• Overcome objections and confidently close funding opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize funding opportunities.
• Manage an active pipeline while documenting activity within CRM systems.
• Obtain documentation required for underwriting review and funding.
• Partner with Underwriting and other internal teams to facilitate timely funding decisions.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in ongoing coaching and development.
• Consistently achieve funding, activity, and production goals.
