Expansion Capital Group in Sandy, UT is seeking a New Sales Representative to prospect, build relationships with merchants, and guide them from initial conversation to funding. This in-office role pays $22.50 per hour plus commission, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek.

You will collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to expedite funding, maintain an active sales pipeline, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving production goals.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year in Merchant Cash Advance or similar financial services.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective small business owners through outbound calls, emails, and text communications
• Build rapport with prospective merchants and identify financing opportunities
• Present financing solutions and guide merchants through the sales process
• Overcome objections and close funding opportunities
• Maintain an active pipeline and document activity in CRM
