Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within a defined territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present programs for clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client data and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for onboarding.
