Job summary

Surfaceexperts in South Florida seeks a seasoned sales professional to take over an established $600K territory and scale it toward $1M+. You will manage existing accounts, convert warm leads across Miami-Dade and Broward, and educate managers on cost-saving surface repairs.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $45k–$55k with uncapped commissions, a dedicated company vehicle, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Strong growth potential with first-year OTE in the $64k–$96k+ range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management, Leasing, or Commercial Field Sales.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to set quarterly territory milestones to drive revenue growth.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing accounts and drive upsells.
• Convert warm leads and prospect across Miami‑Dade and Broward.
• Educate property managers on how surface repair saves 70–80% vs full asset replacements.
