Job summary

Surface Experts of Coastal Southeast Florida is seeking a driven sales professional to take over and grow an established $600K territory in South Florida. You will manage existing accounts, convert warm leads, and educate property teams on cost-saving surface repairs to drive revenue toward the $850K+ target.

The role offers a guaranteed base of $45k–$55k with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi‑family property management, leasing, or commercial field sales.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to set quarterly territory milestones and push revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage & expand existing accounts across Miami‑Dade and Broward.
• Convert warm leads and prospect for new property management opportunities.
• Educate clients on surface repair savings and upsell services.
