Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a driven sales professional to take over an established $600K territory in South Florida. Earn a guaranteed base of $45K–$55K with uncapped commissions and a dedicated company vehicle, plus the potential to scale to $1M+ with proven performance.

Work Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, leveraging warm leads and an active client base across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Bilingual English/Spanish required; 2+ years in property management or commercial field sales preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management, Leasing, or Commercial Field Sales.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Drive & strategic thinking with quarterly territory milestones.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage & expand existing accounts within the $600K multi-family and commercial base.
• Convert warm inbound leads and prospect to open new property management opportunities.
• Educate Property Managers, APMs, and Maintenance Supervisors on cost savings of surface repairs versus full asset replacements.

Compensation:

What You’ll Do

• Manage & Expand Existing Accounts: Nurture and retain our established $600K multi‑family and commercial account base while driving account upsells.
• Convert Warm Leads & Prospect: Work active inbound leads across Miami‑Dade and Broward, while strategically opening new property management doors.
• Consultative Field Selling: Educate Property Managers, APMs, and Maintenance Supervisors on how surface repair saves 70–80% compared to full asset replacements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Industry Background: 2+ years in Multi‑Family Property Management, Leasing, or Commercial Field Sales.
• Bilingual Fluency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (required to successfully serve property teams and site managers across South Florida).
• Drive & Strategic Thinking: Comfortable setting quarterly territory milestones to push revenue from $600K toward our $850K+ growth target.
• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record for company vehicle usage.
