Avera Payments is expanding and seeks driven individuals for B2B sales as 1099 independent contractors. You’ll work directly with business owners, build a merchant portfolio, and earn ongoing residual income with uncapped commissions.

No payment processing experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Flexible schedules and daylight hours help you grow your portfolio and advance your sales career. Roles are mostly field-based with some remote support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation for local field sales.
• Smartphone or tablet required.

Responsabilités

• Meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Learning about merchants' existing payment processing arrangements.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve operations.
• Presenting payment processing and business technology solutions tailored to each business.
• Building long-term relationships with merchants and business clients.
• Finding new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Working with leadership and support teams to deliver a positive merchant experience.
