UniFirst is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative in New Jersey to drive new business in a defined territory. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements for uniform rental and facility services with business clients.

You’ll thrive on cold calling, on-site assessments, tailored proposals, and building long-term relationships, with coaching and growth opportunities within a supportive sales team.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of B2B sales experience in related sectors.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in territory via calls, networking, referrals, and visits.
• Present on-site assessments and proposals for services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations for onboarding.
