Southeastern Insurance Group in Georgia is seeking motivated B2B Sales Professionals for a field sales role with strong earning potential and clear paths to leadership. You will visit small and mid-sized businesses, present supplemental employee benefits, and build lasting relationships.

We offer weekly commissions, monthly bonuses, renewals for life of the business, comprehensive training, and a leadership track. Prior insurance experience is not required as we provide full training to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-person B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers.
• Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop a referral-driven book of business.
• Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
