Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2 years in event/field marketing
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 35 pounds
• Up to 25% travel
• Strong understanding of B2B demand gen and pipeline measurement
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute regional and industry-focused event plans, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with content, digital, and partner marketing to execute on event priorities
• Develop marketing communications for social media and email to support attendees
• Develop presentations with sales and solutions teams aligned to business priorities
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to align messaging and branding
• Nurture vendor relationships and negotiate rates
• Measure and report on marketing-influenced pipeline, leads, and ROI
• Continuously optimize programs based on performance data
