Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Monroeville team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Monroeville area. You will review energy supply plans, present competitive options, and build a book of business through renewals and new opportunities.

The role focuses on maintaining relationships with local business owners, growing the client portfolio, and advancing into leadership roles as the company expands across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsabilités

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
