Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full‑time Client Retention Representatives in Monroeville to support existing customers and grow the portfolio. You’ll review energy plans, present supplier options, and build long‑term relationships with local business owners.

Successful candidates will have strong sales and communication skills, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of the office. Paid training and performance incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to meet business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review energy plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Recommend supplier options based on customer needs and renewals.
• Develop new business opportunities between appointments.
• Travel within a 30-mile radius of the Monroeville office.
