Job summary

Drive Medical seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to grow B2B email marketing and marketing automation. You will lead email campaigns, build HubSpot workflows, and optimize audience segmentation to support lead generation and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with the Manager, Digital Marketing & Communications on website updates and marketing initiatives, leveraging data insights (Power BI) to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and product launches.
• Build emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot.
• Develop targeted email programs for key customer segments including distributors, dealers, providers, retailers.
• Own the email marketing calendar and QA test campaigns before launch.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement to improve targeting and effectiveness.
• Maintain contact lists, suppression lists, and CRM data quality.
• Support website updates and coordinate marketing-related enhancements.
