Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to own HubSpot, manage CRM data, and drive email campaigns and paid ads. You will partner with eCommerce and Product teams to optimize lead generation and customer engagement across channels.

The role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and a data-driven mindset. You will implement workflows, nurture programs, and performance reporting to improve campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with focus on automation, campaigns, CRM management and/or digital advertising.
• Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn for business marketing and prospecting.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot highly preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing best practices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot configurations, user support, data integrity and optimization.
• Develop and analyze email marketing campaigns to support engagement and lead generation.
• Maintain marketing and customer data within HubSpot and connected CRMs.
• Create and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences.
• Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.
• Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns, monitor KPIs and provide insights.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and Product teams for launches and promotions.
• Support demand generation through campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting.
• Assist with aligning marketing automation and CRM systems to sales goals.
