Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive marketing automation, email campaigns, CRM management and paid digital advertising. You will own HubSpot configurations and optimize lead nurturing programs to improve engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focusing on marketing automation, campaign execution, CRM and/or digital advertising.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for B2B marketing and prospecting.
• Experience with HubSpot and CRM systems.
• Strong email marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot configurations, user support, data integrity and ongoing optimization.
• Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to support customer engagement, lead generation, and retention initiatives.
• Manage marketing data within HubSpot and connected CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of records.
• Create, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows, including trigger-based email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and customer journey communications.
• Build, manage, and optimize online forms, landing pages, and conversion paths to improve lead capture and conversion rates.
• Plan, launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid digital channels, and subsequently monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and Product Management teams to support product launches, promotions, customer communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Support demand generation programs through campaign execution, lead routing, segmentation, audience targeting, and reporting.
• Assist with the integration and alignment of marketing automation and CRM systems to support sales and marketing objectives.
