Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.
• 5+ years ecommerce management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of website operations, UX, analytics, and CMS.
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the B2B ecommerce site, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and reliable experience for business customers.
• Manage and update all website content including editorial features, product information, and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand goals.
• Maintain and optimize online pricing structures in coordination with sales and management to balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Serve as the liaison between ecommerce, sales, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment on strategy, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage third-party agencies and vendors supporting SEO, digital marketing, and site development to maximize traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
• Monitor site analytics, conversion rates, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
• Oversee customer interaction and support through the ecommerce platform, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness to business client needs.
• Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, email outreach, and content strategies tailored to B2B customers.
• Stay informed of ecommerce trends, technologies, and competitive activity to recommend enhancements and maintain a best-in-class platform.
• Manage the ecommerce P&L and reporting metrics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
