Encore Talent Solutions seeks a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to turn media exposure and industry insights into engaging content, campaigns, and qualified leads. You will work directly with executive leadership to shape messaging, drive business opportunities, and support ongoing brand initiatives.

The role is hands-on, requiring strong writing, creative judgment, and the ability to manage campaigns from conception through performance analysis, with occasional light technology

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in digital marketing, social media, content creation, communications, or a related field.
• Proven success executing digital campaigns and managing professional social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
• Experience editing short-form video using Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, or similar software.
• Familiarity with website and social media analytics, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and turn ideas into finished content.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to assist with straightforward employee technology needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Translate media coverage and industry news into timely marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, email, and other channels.
• Maintain a marketing calendar aligned with leadership priorities.
• Coordinate with external marketing and advertising partners.
