Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in B2B service organization or 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming purchase orders and requests for action and delegation.
• Enter orders into CRM system and update orders as requested.
• Follow special instructions for various accounts.
• Maintain accurate notation on all service incidents.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries with solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to address concerns and set expectations.
• Coordinate with 3rd party logistics providers for outbound orders.
• Participate in training and provide peer coaching.
• Meet team objectives and deadlines while promoting teamwork.
