Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in B2B service organizations or 1 year in equivalent roles preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and office productivity tools.
• Strong judgement and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming purchase orders and route for action, manage workload.
• Enter orders into CRM and update as requested.
• Follow special instructions for various accounts.
• Maintain accurate notes on service incidents.
• Answer calls and inquiries, set expectations, offer solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to address customer concerns.
• Coordinate with 3rd party logistics and logistics teams.
• Maintain high customer fulfillment service levels.
• Participate in training and provide peer feedback.
• Meet team objectives and promote a collaborative environment.
