Job summary

Miller Edge, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage customers, facilitate quote requests, manage orders, and address inquiries across phone, email, fax, and emerging platforms.

You will support regional sales managers to drive growth and ensure exceptional experiences. You will guide customers through product selections, document order details, and coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Sales experience preferred in a B2B context or within the electrical and building products industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and nurture existing accounts to boost sales.
• Recommend Miller Edge products and solutions effectively through diverse communication methods.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to align with strategic regional, team, and company objectives.
• Execute targeted outbound contact programs, working with Regional Sales Managers to strategize and assess program effectiveness.
• Respond accurately and swiftly to quote requests, ensuring timely order processing in coordination with Sales Support.
• Leverage expertise to guide customers through selecting the right products and solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness in order details.
