Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience as a call center customer service representative or equivalent.
• Ability to use computers and standard software to enter and manage data.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer requests and complaints; document needs and concerns.
• Establishes and updates customer records; process payments.
• Assist customers with starting or stopping services; dispatch service providers as needed.
