Job summary

Jubitz Fleet Services in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making customers feel valued. You’ll be a key contact for our business-to-business customers, providing support by phone and email, resolving issues, and helping deliver a World Class Customer Experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, in-person in Hillsboro, with an after-hours rotation roughly 1 week per month (about 10–12 calls weekly) and a $200 bonus for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of office, customer service, or similar experience.
• Strong communication and phone skills; clear, courteous communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Fuel industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with numbers, percentages, and practical calculations.
• Ability to understand technical procedures and regulations.
• Most importantly: a genuine desire to help customers!

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by phone and email.
• Support current and potential Fleet Services customers.
• Resolve customer questions and issues.
• Work with internal teams to find solutions.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate products, services, pricing, and account information.
• Find win/win solutions for customers and Jubitz.
