Job summary

Composites One LLC in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers. You will respond to inquiries, ensure accurate order entries, and coordinate with Sales Reps, Price Support, and Technical Teams to meet customer expectations.

You will maintain customer accounts, manage back-orders, and support pricing and order-related communications across departments, contributing to efficient, high-quality service for every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in a non-retail customer service environment.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn internal database and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the order fulfillment process to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry for stocked and non-stock items.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or written correspondence.
• Resolve billing and order issues and assist with new customer/item setup.
