Job summary

Composites One LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, order entry, and non-technical problem resolution. You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Technical Teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

You will also manage pricing records, provide quotes within margin guidelines, and support new customer setups while building strong relationships across B2B channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in a non-retail customer service environment
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to learn internal database and software systems
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Associate’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the order fulfillment process and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry to achieve on-time delivery for stocked and non-stock items
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, B2B, and written correspondence
• Resolve billing and order issues; oversee new customer and new item setup
• Monitor customer inventory and alert sales/procurement when stocking levels decline
• Communicate special requests, order modifications, backorders, and delays to customers and team members

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English

3+ years customer service experience

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate's degree preferred
