Job summary

Traka (Assa Abloy) in Berlin, CT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to back up multiple brands and coordinate with sales, technical support, order entry, shipping and finance to support all customer requirements. You will respond to pricing, order status, product availability and shipping inquiries, and process shortages or replacements within 24 hours to ensure rapid shipment.

Proficiency with JD Edwards ERP and CRM tools, and a BS degree or equivalent customer‑facing experience are

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in a B2B/manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely guidance to customers.
• Research & respond to inquiries regarding pricing, order status, product availability and shipping information within a timely fashion.
• Process shortages/replacements within 24 hours of receipt to ensure rapid shipment of product.
• Utilize ERP/CRM tools to address customer inquiries and manage orders.
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, order entry, shipping, and finance teams.
