ASSA ABLOY Group in Berlin, CT, seeks a Customer Service Representative to back multiple brands and manage key customer and factory relationships. You will collaborate with sales, support, order entry, shipping and finance to provide timely guidance and ensure accurate order follow-through.

The role requires a B.S. degree or equivalent customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Berlin, CT office; some travel may be required.

• B.S. Degree or equivalent practical customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated teamwork in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough, accurate and sincere guidance to customers.
• Research & respond to inquiries re pricing, order status, product availability and shipping.
• Process shortages/replacements within 24 hours for rapid shipment.
• Address customer inquiries using JD Edwards ERP and multiple tools.
• Manage DON notifications and keep orders updated.
• Support entry of orders in CCF; collaborate with processors; minimize errors.
• Maintain professional conduct and perform other duties as assigned.
