Job summary

Traka (Assa Abloy) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee direct material supply, procurement, and KPI-driven improvements. You will guide Buyer/Planners, manage inventory accuracy, and drive lean initiatives to optimize material throughput and supplier performance.

Based in Berlin, CT, this role requires strong negotiation, ERP, and analytics skills, plus experience with Kanban, import/export trade compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement and inventory principles.
• Experience managing supply chain in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Buyer/Planners for planning, purchasing, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement to cost, throughput and KPI performance.
• Oversee Kanban and supplier performance along with trade compliance responsibilities.
