ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB in Berlin, CT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide critical customer service support to multiple brands, coordinating with sales, technical support, order entry, shipping, and finance to meet customer requirements.

You will respond to pricing, order status, product availability and shipping inquiries, process shortages/replacements within 24 hours, and utilize JD Edwards ERP and other tools to address customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent practical customer-facing experience (B2B/manufacturing a plus)
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Windows and Office products
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems including JD Edwards and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough, accurate and sincere guidance to customers.
• Research & respond to inquiries regarding pricing, order status, product availability and shipping information.
• Process shortages/replacements within 24 hours of receipt to ensure rapid shipment.
• Utilize JD Edwards ERP alongside multiple in-house software tools to address all customer inquiries.
• Manage the delayed order notification (DON) process with customers and ensure orders are updated timely.
• Support Manager of Customer Service as required.
• Assist in entry of orders through the CCF system as required.
