Job summary

LEUZE ELECTRONIC INC in Duluth, GA is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support customers and internal teams with responsive service, accurate order management in SAP, and proactive problem-solving. The role involves coordinating with sales, logistics, and operations to handle RMAs, credits, and customer requests efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of customer service experience, SAP proficiency, and preferably APICS certifications.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience required.
• SAP experience is a must
• APICS certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD, or related coursework/training high preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, distribution, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with order flow, logistics coordination, and customer account support
• Prior experience supporting B2B customers

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Enter and manage customer orders in SAP with a high level of accuracy
• Process RMAs, credits, warranty claims, and related documentation
• Prepare and provide customer quotations and order updates
• Maintain accurate customer account and master data records
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently
• Collaborate with counterparts in Germany to expedite inbound finished goods and ensure timely inventory replenishment
• Monitor and support stocking policies for the local warehouse
• Track inbound shipments and communicate with stakeholders regarding delays
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and shipment activity
• Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach in all customer interactions
