Job summary

Bitzer US in Flowery Branch, GA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer service, sales, returns, and order entry. The role requires handling high volumes of emails and calls, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to meet delivery deadlines, and managing RMAs from opening to close.

The position is full-time with on-site hours (Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00, rotating on-call).

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a high volume of emails and calls
• Experience with customer service, sales support, and order entry
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP workflows
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments
• HVAC/R knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all customer service activities for assigned market or product line
• Process quotes and orders accurately in ERP/CRM
• Assist with product configurations and selections
• Ensure orders meet delivery deadlines and quality expectations
• Communicate with Operations, Technical Support, Quality, Sales, AR, and Engineering
• Oversee order status from entry to delivery
• Manage RMAs from open to close and enter data into ERP/CRM
• Coordinate returns and credit process with internal teams
• Handle ad hoc RMA reporting and analysis
• On-call schedule rotation with defined hours
