Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a for a B2B Collections Specialist in Moon Township, PA. This full-time, onsite role focuses on managing a portfolio of commercial customer accounts and proactively following up on outstanding balances.

You will review aging reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Sales, Credit, Billing, and Cash Application teams to resolve issues while maintaining detailed records of all communications and collection activity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B Collections, Commercial Collections, or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience working with purchase orders, customer payment terms, credits, chargebacks, and account reconciliations.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts.

Responsabilités
