Job summary

CallMiner is seeking a strong B2B content marketer and writer to develop compelling content that supports the company's global demand generation programs and broader marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation & Marketing, this role will work with the Demand Generation team, Events and Webinars, external social media agency, subject matter experts and other teams across Marketing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of content marketing, copywriting or editorial experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading across multiple formats and channels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, English.
• Strong portfolio showing long-form and short-form B2B technology writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, optimize and repurpose content for global demand generation campaigns and events.
• Collaborate across Marketing and with subject matter experts to translate priorities into engaging content.
• Coordinate with external writers and agencies to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Use AI to support research and ideation while maintaining editorial judgment and human touch.
• Maintain a distinctive brand voice and apply SEO and geo principles to improve performance.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with data-driven insights.
