Job summary

Ship Sticks is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the frontline support for our B2B clients, ensuring seamless interaction across all touchpoints. You will handle daily service needs, including pickup and delivery issues, claims, and investigations, while promoting best practices to increase service adoption.

Qualifications

• Provide frontline support to assigned client accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues like missed pickups and delays
• Educate clients on best practices for using Ship Sticks
• Assist in onboarding and training of new client contacts

Responsibilities

• Client Support: primary point of contact for assigned client accounts via phone, email, and chat; resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Operational Execution: monitor shipments, coordinate box and supply fulfillment, maintain records, and collaborate with internal departments for timely resolutions.
• Relationship Management & Growth: analyze client usage, promote service adoption, and strengthen relationships; training provided; opportunities for career advancement.
