Job summary

Aflac is seeking motivated individuals to become benefits advisors who represent the brand and help business owners provide supplemental insurance for employees. You’ll earn through commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock, with no set hours and the freedom to work from various locations.

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required, and on-the-job training is provided. You’ll act as an advisor, enroll clients, and build lasting relationships while maintaining licensing where needed.
