Job summary

Aflac in the United States is seeking motivated benefits advisors to represent our supplemental insurance products to business owners and HR teams, with flexibility and uncapped earnings.

As an advisor, you’ll handle sales presentations, enrollments, and guidance on coverage while developing marketing strategies and lead generation. This role offers on-the-ground client relationships, ongoing licensing maintenance, and the chance to build a personal practice across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Be an advisor to business owners.
• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products.
• Maintaining state licensing (may include Life and/or Health, other).
• Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sales - including presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products
• Entrepreneurial ambitions – including providing strategic and executable solutions to clients
• Marketing strategy and lead generation
• Customer/client/business owner (relationship, service, management)

• Benefits expertise (as an enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, communication preferences)
