Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries, meetings, samples, and reorder reminders.
• Prepare quotations and documents using approved pricing and templates; obtain approvals for discounts and terms.
• Research prospective retailers and wholesale customers; maintain lead lists and assist with outreach.
• Track follow-up tasks and customer feedback; assist with reorders and product recommendations.
