Mid-Atlantic Finance is seeking a B2B Account Manager to join our Dealer Relations Team on-site in Clearwater, FL. You will manage high-volume communications, build relationships with auto dealerships, and ensure accurate data entry in our systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume daily telephonic communications with clients and dealership networks.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with auto dealership partners.
• Maintain system data integrity by entering client information accurately.
• Coordinate multi-channel follow-up to ensure 100% record accuracy.
• Audit and process documentation in line with state and company guidelines.
• Oversee correspondence workflows and tracking of deliveries.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues with cross-department support.
• Support peers and contribute to localized operational workflows.
