Job summary

PHOENIX, a long-standing manufacturing firm headquartered in Aurora, IL, is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our customer success team. This hybrid role interfaces with National Account Managers to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in customer success or account management in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems and Salesforce. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems for pricing and quotes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service to B2B customers and address issues.
• Manage the order process from receipt to shipment.
• Maintain customer database and update contacts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Scheduling to manage inventory and forecast.
• Assist National Account Managers with new business development.
• Handle part numbers, regulatory docs, or specs.
• Provide back-up within the department.
