Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a Supervisor - Equipment Maintenance for the B Shift in Normandale, United States. You will lead a team of 9–17 technicians, balance repairs and PMs, and drive performance improvements in a high-tech wafer fabrication environment.

You will work with OEMs, manage spares and FSRs, and apply Six Sigma/Lean methods to reduce MTTR and improve equipment availability while ensuring safety and procedure adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 9-17 equipment technicians, conduct performance reviews and mentoring.
• Schedule workload and allocate resources to complete repairs and PMs.
• Establish action plans to improve shift performance against metrics.
• Lead technicians to resolve unplanned down events and drive RCAs.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to support downtime events and manage FSRs.
• Promote continuous improvement and inclusive teamwork; ensure safe working environment.
