Seagate Technology is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of equipment technicians in Bloomington, MN. You will drive performance, schedule workloads, and lead root-cause analyses to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational discipline in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Experience managing a team of equipment technicians in a semiconductor setting.
• Proven ability to meet commitments and deliver results amidst changing priorities.
• BA/BS in Management or Engineering, or AAS degree.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of 9–17 equipment technicians, conduct performance reviews and development.
• Schedule workload and allocate resources to complete repairs and PMs.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to handle tool downtime and spare parts.
• Promote continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee training programs and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Oversee tools, laptops, and related equipment to ensure availability.
