The role requires coordinating with engineers and technicians, applying business excellence projects to improve cycle times and yields, and aligning staffing with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of 25–40 operators.
• Participate in evaluation and discipline of operators; assist in hiring decisions.
• Supervise a major factory unit with focus on quality, cost, and regulations.
• Lead business excellence projects to improve efficiency, safety, scrap reduction, and cycle time.
