As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee the leasing functions and daily operations for the community.

Overview

• Supervise, train, and motivate leasing consultants; assist in team member selection
• Collaborate with the property team on marketing, leasing, and financial operations
• Support marketing efforts to lease units, address vacancies, and re-market to residents; develop new contacts and marketing strategies to increase occupancy
• Participate in leasing activities, including touring prospects, qualifying leads, preparing lease paperwork, and managing lease renewals to meet occupancy goals

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family leasing experience
• Previous leasing manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, MS Office Word/Excel, and strong computer skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills

Work Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm) with rotating weekends; hours may vary based on business needs.
