This position is eligible for a $1,000 Signing Bonus!! The bonus is paid after 90 days of employment (for externals only).

The Leasing & Marketing Manager oversees leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and retention goals, ensuring team members follow policies and procedures.

Overview:

• Create and evaluate marketing plans based on occupancy goals and market conditions.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach leasing team members and Community Ambassadors.
• Develop marketing opportunities related to campus events and manage relationships with college/university representatives.
• Participate in leasing activities, ensure model units are show-ready, and approve leasing files.
• Obtain necessary state leasing licenses where required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Implement marketing plans, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling leasing staff.
• Review leasing files for accuracy.
• Manage reporting, including market analysis and development updates.
• Coordinate marketing activities related to campus events.
• Engage in leasing activities, maintain marketing materials, and ensure quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and social media.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Work Schedule:

Generally 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with extended hours and weekends as needed.
