Position Details

*This position is eligible for a $1,000 Signing Bonus! The bonus is paid after 90 days of active employment (for externals only).

The Leasing & Marketing Manager oversees leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and retention goals, ensuring team members adhere to policies and procedures.

Overview

• Create, implement, evaluate, and track marketing plans based on occupancy targets and market trends.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach leasing team members and Community Ambassadors; develop training programs and manage schedules.
• Develop marketing opportunities through campus events and manage relationships with college representatives.
• Participate actively in leasing activities, ensure model units are tour-ready, and approve leasing files for accuracy.
• Obtain or maintain required state leasing licenses.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and adjust marketing strategies regularly based on market analysis.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising leasing staff; manage schedules.
• Review leasing files for accuracy.
• Prepare market analysis and other reports related to housing and campus trends.
• Engage in leasing activities such as calls, tours, and presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Desired Qualifications/Skills

• Knowledge of Entrata software.
• Previous experience in student housing.

Work Schedule

Typically 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with extended hours or weekends as needed.
